No, all of our shirts are the same price regardless of how you order them.

Why do I have to log in to buy shirts?
By creating an account at Custom Pilot Shirts you will be able to shopfaster, be up to date on an orders status, and keep track of the ordersyou have previously made. Logging in and creating an account also means you have access to how much you previously spent on tax deductible uniform items.  Very handy during tax season!

 

Being a customized shirt how long will it take for me to get my shirts?
We will do everything in our power to get your shirt completed andshipped within 2 days of your order. In many cases we can get yourshirt shipped the same day of the order. We use USPS Priority shippingwhich can take 2 to 5 days depending on your distance from SouthernCalifornia. 

How much will my new shirt shrink after laundering?
Very little since it is 65% Polyester.

How do I know what size to get?
See the comprehensive sizing instructions. Please read and follow the measuring instructions before ordering your shirts. You’ll be glad you did.

What if I don’t have a tape measure?
You can use a string or a strap or something similar and then lay outthe measurement onto a yardstick or retractable tape measure to getyour measurements. For best results, measure yourself twice.

Can I return my new shirts?
We have a 30 Day Return Policy from the date of arrival. This isstandard in the industry. We have done our best to describe our shirts on thissite. We realize that when ordering online you do not have a chance to seethe shirts up close before purchase. So if you are not satisfied when you get your shirts you may return them. *Satisfaction Guaranteed* Customer pays return shipping unless weshipped an order that was processed incorrectly orcustomized not according to order. In that case, we pay return shippingand will ship out the correct order. You choosing an incorrect size isnot a reason for us to pay return shipping. You are responsible forselecting the correct size after following the comprehensive but simplesizing instructions. When in doubt or you think you might be betweensizes, go to the next larger size. *Returned shirts must be in originalpackaging and not used, soiled, or washed. Each returned shirt must bein as new condition for potential resale. The bottom line is that we arevery reasonable and will listen to your concerns! We appreciate our customers.

How about my privacy? Will you keep my information private? How can I be sure?
We will ALWAYS keep all of your information private and will NEVER share it with 3rd parties. We wont even ask you if we can share your information…period. We value your privacy and you can be sure we will keep your private information private. We sell shirts, not information. In fact, the only emails we will send you are to answer specific questions you have or information specifically related to your order. Our company name and website information are on the shirt tag so previous customers will always remember where they got their shirts. This is one of our marketing strategies so we do not have to send unsolicited reminder emails. Also, any testimonials that are published to this website will be de-identified except perhaps for your initials and location. All transactions via credit card transmitted over the internet are done in a secure manner using SSL encryption technology. We never even keep your credit card information.

My company allows me to display my wings that have beenembroidered right on my shirt. Can you embroider my wings onto myCustom Pilot Shirts?
We don’t do any embroidery work at this time but if we get enoughrequests we can certainly go in that direction. If we decide to startembroidery work we would need a sample of what the wings look likeembroidered so we could digitize the pattern (if we have not done thatdesign yet).
