Custom Fit (EXISTING CUSTOMERS REORDER ONLY)

Existing Customers Re-Ordering:  You don't have to remember or access your previous measurements.  Simply put "same" in the order where it asks for a specific size.  If you want to change the size, you can put "same +/- xxx" (same + 1/2" for example) All changes are based off of your LAST ORDER RECEIVED.
